The first home of the Jablonka Galerie was located in one of Oswald Mathias Ungers designed gallery buildings in Venloerstraße in Cologne. The Jablonka Galerie serves and represents the under-contract artists through exhibitions in its own gallery, through the mediation of art museums and international large-scale exhibitions, as well as by presenting their work at international art fairs.

The gallery has shown works by internationally known artists such as Nobuyoshi Araki, Andy Warhol, Miquel Barceló, Andreas Slominski, Sigmar Polke, Francesco Clemente, Eric Fischl, Alex Katz, Mike Kelley, James Rosenquist, Sherrie Levine, David Salle, Philip Taaffe and Enzo Cucchi.

The Jablonka Galerie has shown works at major art fairs such as Art Basel, Frieze Art Fair London, Art Basel Miami Beach and Art Paris. The gallery opened in September 2006 had showrooms in the Rudi Dutschke-Straße in Berlin. In August 2012, the first Swiss branch of the Jablonka Galerie in Zurich was opened.
