Four years after the spectacular retrospective at Rudolfinum, DSC Gallery presents the phenomenal work of American photographer David LaChapelle.

The exhibition will include photographs from LaChapelle’s biggest era of commercial fame and works from the past 10 years, during which he was inspired by the work of great masters, as well as by the jungles surrounding his home in Maui. It is on this island, after leaving the world of advertising and glossy magazines. that David LaChapelle found his new home and inspiration. Showcased works include, Rape of Africa (2008), Rebirth of Venus(2009), and Pieta with Courtney Love (2006).

In 2008 Dvorak Sec Contemporary was established by Olga Trčková and Petr Sec as an arts advisory firm that is specialized in contemporary and modern art and a gallery exhibition space. Utilizing the expert knowledge and international network built from over 7 years of experience in the art world, DSC provides expert advice and personalized consultation to a wide range of clients (including private collectors, corporations and art art institutions) who are interested in building and developing noteworthy art collections.
